I’m a former British Army Officer, now a JPMorgan investment specialist in the City of London. 


I’m a keen cook, and have dabbled in the catering industry as a side hustle. That was, literally, an enlightening experience.


I also like to write. 

This website is here because I want to share some of my experiences: in my personal life, at work, and in the world of food, where I’ve been on a mission trying to better understand how sustainable our food system is. Or isn’t.
